You will receive your Medicaid ID (MA ID) when your ePREP application is approved.
When your ePREP application is approved, Medicaid will send you your Medicaid ID (MA ID). This is 9-digit Medicaid provider number you will need for billing Medicaid.
Medicaid will message you via the ePREP portal and email you with your Medicaid ID (MA ID) when you are approved. You can also find your MA ID in the ePREP portal in the accounts tab.
Medicaid will notify you via the ePREP portal if you need to make corrections in your application. You can see this in your messages tab. While there are many reasons why your ePREP application may not have been accepted, the three most common reasons are:
Missing or incorrect SDAT number
Missing or incorrect doula certificates
Missing or incorrect addendum

Yes, you can fix errors in your ePREP application by logging in to the ePREP portal. Click on the application and view the errors to fix. You have 60 days to correct the errors.
